Self confidence and self esteem
Lack of self confidence or self belief and low self esteem is one of the most common problems that many people have. It is a negative state of mind and can hold people back from achieving their goals or fulfilling their full potential. Causes of low confidence vary and can be due to events in childhood or adulthood. NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis are highly effective in increasing a person’s confidence levels.
A phobia is an intense, irrational reaction of fear to specific external events, objects, people or situations that cause a person to not function in a normal manner. They are sometimes so severe that they can add huge restrictions in a person’s life. The term ‘Phobia’ is derived from the Greek word, fovia, which means ‘extreme fear’. Smoking is a very unhealthy habit to indulge in that can lead to a whole host of physical ailments and illnesses in later life. Limiting beliefs are exactly what they are described as = limiting. A limiting belief has almost certainly been preceded by a limiting decision which is most often unconscious, something that we are not aware of. This negative attitude holds people back and through Time Line Therapy™ and NLP, these negative beliefs can be deleted and new positive beliefs are created so to help people move forwards with their lives and to achieve success.
